Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this storefront and any order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them, so please read the sections on pricing, tax, shipping, returns, warranty and liability before you check out.

Eligibility and age

You must be 18 or older to order. Age is confirmed at checkout, and delivery requires an adult signature. An order that fails an age check is cancelled and the authorisation is released. You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details, since a parcel cannot be delivered or refunded if the address is wrong.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the confirmation email is sent and the item is picked. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where an address cannot be served, where a payment cannot be authorised, or where an age check fails. Where an order is declined after payment, the amount is refunded in full.

Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in US dollars and cover the item only. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and shown before payment is taken. If a price is displayed in error, we contact you before charging anything and you may cancel without penalty. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, charges and estimated delivery windows are set out on the shipping policy page. Handling time is additional to transit time. Once a parcel is with the carrier, tracking information is sent by email. Delivery requires an adult signature, so somebody aged 18 or over must be available; a carrier will not leave the parcel with a minor. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

Unopened items may be returned inside the window stated on the returns policy page. Opened intimate items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Where an item arrives damaged or faulty, report it with photographs and it is replaced or refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Warranty

Items carry the manufacturer warranty stated in the listing, and nothing in these terms reduces any warranty or right you have under applicable consumer law. A warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover wear, accidental damage, water ingress beyond the stated rating, or a device opened or repaired by anyone else.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Acceptable use and privacy

You agree not to misuse this site, attempt to interfere with it, or place orders in a way designed to evade age checks or delivery restrictions. Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Disputes and governing jurisdiction

If a dispute arises, contact us first: most issues are settled by email in a few days. If it cannot be resolved directly, the governing jurisdiction and any alternative dispute process must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.

Changes to these terms

The current version applies to any order placed while it is published. Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. The registered entity, business address, jurisdiction and any registration or tax numbers must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
