Privacy Policy
This privacy notice explains what DUSKMELLOW collects when you browse or order, why each item is needed, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. It applies to this storefront and to messages sent to our support desk.
What we collect
- Order details: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number and the items purchased.
- Payment confirmation: the result of a transaction, a reference number and the last four digits of a card. Full card numbers are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
- Age confirmation: the fact that the checkout gate was completed, with a timestamp.
- Technical data: pages viewed, approximate region derived from an IP address, browser type, and whether a device is on mobile or desktop.
- Support correspondence: whatever you choose to write to us, kept so that a second conversation does not start from nothing.
Why we need it
Order and address details are required to pick, pack and deliver a parcel and to satisfy record-keeping duties. Payment confirmation is required to take payment and to process a refund. Age confirmation exists because this store sells adult products to adults only. Technical data helps us keep pages loading quickly and spot a checkout fault before it affects many people. Support correspondence is kept so that a return or a fault can be traced.
Cookies and similar storage
A small number of cookies keeps the cart, the session and your age confirmation working. Optional cookies for preferences and analytics are set only if you accept them. The cookie policy on this site lists each category and explains how to withdraw consent.
Who we share with
We share the minimum needed with the companies that make an order work: the payment provider that processes the transaction, the carrier that delivers the parcel, and the platforms that host the store and send order emails. Those companies act on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand an email address to an unrelated advertiser. Where a legal request is valid and properly served, we respond to it and, where we are allowed to, tell the person concerned.
How long it stays
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer-protection rules require. Support emails are kept for a shorter period and then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated or discarded on a rolling basis. Unfinished carts and failed age checks are cleared on a short cycle.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct an error, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and object to marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to the support address. Where applicable state privacy law gives you these rights, we honour them without charging a fee. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will explain any lawful reason we cannot fully comply.
Security and children
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access inside our operation is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer questions. This store is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has placed an order, contact us and we will cancel it.
Changes, and who is responsible
If this notice changes in a material way, the revised version appears here with a new effective date. The registered entity, business address, jurisdiction and any registration or tax numbers must be supplied by the operator before this store accepts live orders.
